Shipping Policy
1. We utilize DHL and Lalamove for our shipping and delivery services. We provide complimentary shipping within Malaysia and Singapore. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery. For international shipping, rates can be reviewed during the checkout process.
2. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. It is crucial to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the provided shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
3. Please be aware that the shipping cost does not cover sales tax and import tax.
Return Policy
1. All items are eligible for a return within 30 days, provided that the delivered products differ from the details, photos, and descriptions.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
